Tips of listening ……it helps in our buisness
If you don’t listen properly, you may suffer a lot of sensual disease in the future.
As my experience that connectivity between listening sense and brain is become very less, in that situation one part of our brain doesn’t function better. These type of people may suffer a lot of hormonal problems. I recommend to them that they must listen carefully. I’m not talking about listening music, I’m talking about those type of practical things which can be motivate to be more practical, listening should be for learning not for mental fantasy.
After listening music your all senses become relax, but when you listen any practical approaches you become more practical, senses become more stronger. And you can focus very well on yourself.
What type of listening is beneficial for our body and Mind?
It depends on body and mind’s constitution. If he is water dominated constitution, he usually listen rhythmic music. That type of music, through this they go into deep inside. Air dominated people prefer melodious songs or music. Through this they float.
This type of Air dominated listeners are very imaginative and not practical too much in his life. If it is too much then he may suffer lot of sensual and hormonal diseases, which cannot be cured by any medical science. You need to know how I have to coordinate between listening sense and brain.

If this is your job to sit on computer screen constantly then you need to practice some breathing technique 11 times every after two hour and with a glass of water also.
If you able to maintain the balance of water and air in the body then your whole brain, even your whole body may become extraordinary.

I am a vice president in one of the most big corporate, i work a lot near about 15 to 16 hour. I’m suffering spinal problem which are very common in my office people. my eating habits are very good, even daily i do practice my yoga and walk but I’m having spinal problem. spinal ache and whenever i got up in the morning, i take near about one hour from my bed due to spinal stiffness . please suggest me what i have to do?
it is the most common problem of spine for corporate people. the all type of spinal problem comes from mental fluctuations. if your mental activity is on during sleeping hour then you will definitely face this spinal stiffness in the morning. but slowly year after year you may face this problem all the day.
one more important thing is, you don’t have deep sleep, means too much of dreams, you have.

this problem is due to high stress and anxiety not for long sitting. so you need to manage you anxiety first. do some Pranaam and Meditation and some Yogic Asanas. if any body is unable to give half an hour time for practicing yoga and meditation in whole 24 hour then no one can give benefit. if any more tips then please send your whole psychological and physical nature. Then i can suggest more.
