Constipation And Pain Around Navel
Constipation is a major cause of many diseases. It means bowel do not move regularly. When you wake up in the morning, if you are not completely emptied, it means something is wrong. Generally people don’t think it seriously because it is a common for them. But it is a serious indication for upcoming diseases in the future. I have seen so many cases in my daily patient’s diagnosis, most of the constipated people’s nabhi or navel is displaced.
The most important common cause for the constipation is wrong diet and faulty living style. But I have seen in my so many case studies, a lot of people who intake food very nicely and living style is normal but they are facing chronic constipation. Why? Because their navel is displaced.
