am 32 years old and am suffering navel displacement from past 5 – 6 years
suffering from constipation,am doing daily yoga and pranayama but still no result.please help me on this. I am 32 years,height 5.6,90 kgs,

You don’t need to do a lot of asana, do only some basic asana and pranayama, like Shalabh Asana. practice it 20 time with each leg and thereafter with both leg, in the morning and evening. But hold the leg for 10 to 15 second, when you lift the up leg. Breathing should be normal during this position. After finishing this exercise do 10 times bhujang asana.
After completing bhujang asana, Do some pranayama like Anulom-Vilom pranayam for 15 minute at a stretch, morning and evening. If you are not suffering from high blood pressure then hold the breath 2 to 3 second during inhale in this Anulom Vilom.
