1: Kapalbhati Pranayam-
In the beginning Kapalbhati should be 1st Pranayama. Because this kriya try to detoxify our forehead, It includes Eyes, Nose and Ears too. If I explain minutely then due to de-carbonisation through this sneezing Breathing our senses and forehead become light and clean. But it never Increase oxygen level into the brain because it’s exhale dominated breathing. Here you never try to inhale more inside.
2: Agnisaar Kriya-
Now the 2nd Breathing Should be Agnisaar Kriya. According to me you can call it the big brother of Kapalbhati. In kapalbhati you inhale-exhale and stomach IN-OUT but here in Agnisaara you take stomach IN & OUT till hold the breath outside.
3: Uddyan Bandh-
Now the next should be Uddyan Kriya. You can call it the big brother of Agnisaara Kriya. Why? Because in Agnisaara you hold the breath outside now here you have to hold abdomen inside and breathing as well.
This one is more advanced kriya for Abdominal organs and abdominal glands. That’s why I prefer to these orders.
4: Anulom-Vilom Pranayama
Now this Breathing has different concept, its inhale based and not for Detoxification, its inhale and sensation based breathing which makes balance our both side of the brain. The main purpose of this Breathing is to create sensation in our brain and aligning Both side of the Brain.
5: Ujjai Pranayama
Now the last Breathing should be Ujjai, because now you need to focus on you middle side of the brain. At the end off all exercise you should be calm and in deep mental state. And this technique helps to go in middle side of the brain. If you see closely, all major glands are situated in middle side of the brain, it means when your consciousness stays inside of the middle brain then these glands become balanced.
And Meditative Ujjai is ultimate for balancing Mind
