Any men who speaks and imagine too much, uses excessively throat and mind, it means they talk unnecessary, they imagine useless thing; maybe they would be preacher or politician. Because they need to talk on useless and unreasonable issues; like old stories and puran etc.
God or truth cannot be imagined, if you imagine it; it means you are making false image. If you are talking too much about this, it means you don’t know about God or truth. It is you, the creator of that picture or imagination. It is not a real picture of god truth. As I experienced, the real existence of god is this nature, prakriti and purush. Even you can never make a picture of your own self. Is it? No, never. Your own self is an indescribable subject. You only can describe it as “I” am. And also you cannot imagine this prakrati or nature. If I say, let start to imagine the whole nature; impossible to imagine it.
A little object can be seen but only the surface can be known by these senses. Property of the object cannot be seen; you may know it by the real experience. Like; a piece of jogger can be seen but you can never see its sweetness. It will have to be real experience. You will have to put it on your tongue. Then can get experience. The real existence of jogger is sweetness. That’s why you cannot speak too much about this sweetness. This sweetness is a complete truth of jogger.
BAD EFFECT; if you speak or imagine too much unnecessary then;
Hormonal imbalance, like thyroid and parathyroid.
Sexual frustration increases.
They feel emptiness in their inside.
Pituitary and pineal gland also get disturbed.
Start with ujjai pranayam and get all benefit of throat and mind related problems
Sit in any comfortable and meditative pose with spine erect. Now close eyes and start with deep breathing, after some time focus consciousness on throat. Fold the tongue back and touch tip on palate and start breathing from throat. You can take breath from mouth but if it is possible then take breath from nostril. But the most important thing is breathe from throat. During this pranayam produce sound like snoring. The sound of breath should not be very loud. In the beginning Inhale should with effort and exhale should be without effort. But after a month both Inhalation and exhalation should be with effort. Do practice it for 20 to 30 minutes. After completing ujjai start doing Anulom-vilom pranayam for 10 minute. While breath in chest should be out with effort and breathe out chest in without effort.
Best Time: One who wants to give up alprax should do this pranayam in the night before sleeping and in the morning empty stomach.
Avoid if having severe cold or have kapha dominated nature. In this situation you must fallow right nostril breathing with chest expansion. Do right to right nostril breathing for 20 minute and left to left breathing for 10 minute before going to sleep in the night.
If anybody suffering with high blood pressure then addicted people should avoid from right nostril breathing more. In this situation they need to fallow guru’s advice.
This pranayam can be practiced in any posture, sitting, standing or lying etc
Result: within a weak unnecessary imagination and throat related problems will be reduced. Your mind will have new energy for positive emotion and imagination. Impractical imagination makes you impractical.
At the end of this pranayam, must be practiced Chaitanya any relaxation like shava asana.
Lie down back on the flat floor, with closed eyes. Whole body is to be relaxed, observe breath and muscles. Not need to avoid any type of thoughts. Every type of thought is to be welcomed. It should be done for 5 minute but if any patients are suffering from acute depression, then do not do this relaxation at the end of pranayam. They need guru for proper guide.
