“Fighting & Diversion” both are necessary for healing of the body and mind. Here we are going to discuss about ‘diversion’ tactics. There is two diversion strategy, one nature gifted and another one is self made. first one is happen only when body and mind gets exhausted. As a example, you work whole the day, cell of the brain gets tired, body and mind becomes exhausted. At the moment of tiredness our nature of body and mind started following diversion technique, that is sleep. The major diversion of the body and mind is ‘Sleep’. In this situation body and mind shifted itself in action to action-less state. This is a very good and nature gifted technique which body and mind automatically follows.
Now let talk about the second technique of diversion, invented by this frightened Mind. It is a invention of individual mind. Even every one has a different way of mental and physical diversion.
some of one, they don’t want to face the problem thats why diverts the mind, means its type of escapism. Fear, anxiety etc diverted mind.
But in Yoga and Meditation we diverted our mind from outside of the world to inner side for understanding self better. When we increase self understanding, we become more cool and sensually mentally managed. After this you become more powerful to fight outside. So in life diversion and fighting spirit both are necessary part of sensual and mental management.
